WWF UK is proud to announce that fashion designer, Wayne Hemmingway, will be creating a commemorative piece of artwork this weekend at the Vintage Festival to celebrate their 50th year anniversary. Held from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st July 2011 at London’s Southbank, the festival is a celebration of 5 decades of music, fashion and design, and is a real collectors dream.
The three day festival will feature 13 hours of music each day, alongside films, dance, art and design. Their will also be a free drop in centre at the Queen Elizebeth Hall between 12-8pm each day where visitors can help take part in the creation of the artwork and pledge their support in aid of WWF’s continued work around the globe. If you are planning to attend the festive, why not pop in and get involved in making history with Wayne and the rest of the crew, and make this exciting event even more special.
