The month of October can mean only one thing… Oxjam month! Started by Oxfam UK in 2006, this great fundraising concept has gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years, and helped raise more than £1.2 million. This fantastic response has been enough to help Oxfam provide –
- 10,619 emergency shelters
- 48,000 goats
- 705 classrooms.
OxJam is a young, vibrant movement that is completely dedicated to help people fight poverty across the globe. Through various concerts across the country, OxJam events and supporters are coming together to help the people of developing countries take charge of their lives and make a difference.
