Fancy joining the WWF charity team as they take on the Bupa London 10K run on Sunday 27th May 2012? This fantastic event will use some of the planned marathon route for the London 2012 Olympic Games, but without the 26 miles distance! The run will take in some of London’s most famous landmarks, and is the perfect challenge for runners of all abilities.
This event has actually already sold out, but you can still take part as one of the WWF runners. Your continued support will make a huge difference in tackling some of the world’s most serious environmental challenges, and help WWF carry on building a future where people and nature thrive together.
Simply click on the link at the bottom of this post to fill in the online application to join the WWF team on what should be an amazing event for all your running enthusiasts.
Last year, Kim Taylor McFarlane took part in aid of the WWF animal charity, and she said –
It was a great experience to be a part of the WWF running team and I felt good doing something to support WWF’s terrific work. I had great support and thank you for meeting me on the day and cheering me along during the race. Can’t wait for my next challenge!
